The hotel is located in a really convenient area that makes it easy to access a variety of shops and restaurants, all while being quiet. The rooms are clean, but they could be a bit more spacious since mine was below ground level. The service was friendly and helpful for organizing tours, though it would have been perfect if the air conditioning didn’t get turned off unexpectedly. Overall, it’s a good value for what you pay, especially for the location.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a beautiful view of the sea and a great location in Ha Long Bay. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, even retrieving a lost bag. However, I found the room's safe not very secure since it could be taken out of the room. The area itself isn't very lively, which might not appeal to everyone, but it offers a peaceful atmosphere.
